CKCM Inc. recruits enrolled college level students & those separating from the military, and places them in companies that need lower level/entry level positions. We provide students with career opportunities and innovative paths through paid practice, networking, and guidance. Experience is often necessary for all positions and we support this for both clients and interns. With us, you will always receive feedback, accountability, and instruction.
Our internship program allows companies to consistently increase overall productivity and gives back availability to recruitment, logistics, and human resources. By offering up personnel from our team, we help find future employees while you take advantage of a low-labor cost. We help set expectations and success points by mentoring while you can build the company environment you wish to grow and give back to your community.
Started in 2018, CKCM Inc. President Elizabeth Nelson began when she recognized her clients were spending countless hours hiring and recruiting personnel. Companies often need extra hands but recruiting takes precious time reading resumes, setting up interviews and meetings up to four times a week with no success. Liz lives out her passion when she can teach and assist students or those transitioning out of the military into being able to begin a successful career.
To apply for an internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must have completed at least one full year of college & currently enrolled
Military personnel must be within one year of their ETS date
Must maintain a minimum 2.5 grade point average (GPA)
